Hi, I'm Rachel Stead, the proud owner of RS Inclusive Personal Training. My own fitness journey began in 2017 when I embarked on a mission to overcome the challenges posed by cerebral palsy, a condition I was diagnosed with at just a year and a half old. Determined to improve my balance and overall well-being, I discovered the power of the gym and enlisted the guidance of a coach. The results were transformative, not only enhancing my physical strength but also boosting my confidence.
